This workshop will help new mamas and mama-to-be’s learn more about their changing bodies and environments in a safe, educational and nourishing way.
Through a combination of lecture, movement and mini-workouts, we will explore how to safely adjust your training and workouts throughout and after pregnancy so that you can feel prepared and strong in all phases of your pregnancy journey.
We will also explore breathing techniques that can both assist in birth and provide some extra mommy-power to work through the stressful and exhausting moments that come along with motherhood.
Space will be provided to connect with and meet fellow mamas as well. All pregnant women, women who are trying to get pregnant, or new moms who would like to learn more about pregnancy, and movement during pregnancy are welcome to join.
This workshop is appropriate for:
- Women in any stage of pregnancy who want to learn how to keep moving / training in a safe and nourishing way.
- Women in any stage of pregnancy who want to learn breathing techniques to manage child labor pain and decrease the added stress from motherhood.
- New moms who want to reconnect to and strengthen their body to support the changes that childbirth brings.
